Investigation Services
Paramedic Malpractice:We will evaluate the care provided by EMS providers to determine
if any malpractice or negligence occured and investigate the cause.$75 run review.$750 full investigation.
Background Checks: We will investigate potential employees,potential tenants,dating partners neighbors,friends,babysitters,medical professionals or legal professionals.A signed release is needed for pre-employment or tenant investigation.$75 employment/tenant. All other fees
$30-$50 local criminal check,$100 statewide criminal check,$250 nationwide criminal check
Missing Persons: We will search for persons who are defendants,witnesses,dead beat parents,
debt skips,runaways or victims of abduction.We will also search for old friends or estranged
family members but will only release their location if they authorize us to do so.$100 basic
locate, $250 advanced locate, $50/hr. for runaways or abductions,$350 minimum.
Accident Investigation: We will attempt to identify circumstances related to automobile,slip
and fall,workplace and other types of accidents resulting in injury or death.We do not do any
accident reconstruction.$50/hr. $350 minimum
Death Investigation: We will investigate and attempt to determine the circumstances relating to any unexpected death whether it be from homicide,suicide,accident or unknown cause.$50/hr
$350 minimum.
Asset Investigation: We will search for any real estate,aircraft,vessels,vehicles,businesses or
accounts owned.This can be useful in divorce and child support matters.$350
Criminal Investigation: We will accept criminal cases only after law enforcement is contacted
or when they have discontinued the investigation.We are legally obligated to inform proper law enforcement authorities of any criminal activity discovered during our investigation.Emphasis
is placed on Sexual Offenders and Crimes against children. $50/hr. $350 minimum
Site Inspection/Activity Check: We will send an agent to a specified location to determine who
is there,what activities are occuring and if it is a business whether proper business or safety practices are being observed. $100
Forensic Photography: We will photograph or video any damage caused by criminal acts or
natural occurances. $100
Court Testimony or Deposition: $350
Mileage fee: All services listed above are billed $.50/mile after 25 miles.
Phone Break: We will identify the owner of a cell phone (may not get information if phone is
prepaid) or the name and address for a non published landline.$40
Vehicle Ownership: We will provide the registration information for a vehicle registered in Tennessee.We will also provide lein holder information if there is a lein on the vehicle. Just provide tag number or VIN.$30
Property Ownership: We will provide all available information on any property.Just provide address or owner name.$30.
Company Ownership: We will provide the owners name for a business or a list of company
officers for a corporation or LLC. $30
Reverse Reference Check: We will contact job references to determine what information is
given during a reference interview. $35.
Address History: We will provide a list of addresses for a person over a specified time period.
Just provide name, last known address and SSN if available. $40
Statement Recording: We will record written statement of any witness or victim.All statements
are notorized by commissioned notary public. $ 150
License Verification: We will verify license status of any person whose profession requires a
license. We also provide information on any adverse actions regarding such license. $40
SSN Verification: We will verify that a Social Security Number belongs to the person who is
using it. $30
Protective Services
Bodyguard:We provide a protection agent for long/short term.$50/hr. $350 minimum.
Security Escort:We provide agent for transporting money/valuables.$50/hr.
Event Security: We provide agent and metal detector for your event.$25/hr.$100 minimum.
Wellness Check: We provide agent to check on your loved one.$25.
Mileage fee: All protective services are billed at $.50/mile after 25 miles.
Service of Process
We will serve Civil Summons & Complaints,Subpoenas,Civil Warrants,Detainer Warrants and
all other documents pertaining to civil court cases except for a Garnishment or Levy.We serve witness Summons or Subpoenas for criminal court cases.We serve Restraining Orders ,Orders of
Protection and Eviction Notices.
Service fees vary depending on county of service and type of document.$50-$75 for a Summons,
Subpoena,Civil Warrant or Detainer Warrant. $75-$100 for a Restraining Order,Protection order
or Eviction Notice. $10 for an additional serve at same address.$15 for rush service (24-48 hrs.)$25 for same day service.$50 for first hour/$25 for each additional hour if stakeout is needed.We do give bulk service discount rates.
Methods of Payment: We accept cash,check or money order. No credit or debit cards accepted at
this time.
